One of my most fond and funny memories of Bill was when we were in the 3rd grade. Both our parents gave us money to get haircuts for upcoming school pictures. We got haircuts alright, we got mohawks. Our parents were not amused. We were marched back to the barbershop and he was instructed to shave our heads. That was just the beginning of some wonderful, fun times.
